For Uninsured Patients & Elective Medical Services
Thank you for choosing People's Choice Urgent Care. We understand that navigating healthcare costs can be challenging, especially for those without health insurance or seeking elective procedures. We strive to offer transparent and affordable pricing for our services.
Urgent Care Services (Three-Tier Pricing)
Comprehensive assessment by a board-certified provider. Includes in-house medications and routine testing/treatment.
Provider assessment and treatment involving more extensive services including x-ray imaging, EKG, lab work, or medical procedures (suturing, I&D, splinting/bracing).
Outside of routine labs and testing, some specialty labs, pre-operative clearances, or immigration screenings can become costly. Tier 3 consultation pricing is variable and based specifically on the testing and work up required to meet your needs. Our front desk staff will present you with an itemized review of each of the costs required before your visit.
Elective Medical Services

| QuantiFERON TB Testing | $85.00 | Blood collection to be completed in clinic with specimen sent to LabCorp for processing (~48 hour turn around). |
| Chest X-Ray for TB Screening | $85.00 | Chest X-ray for tuberculosis screening purposes. |
| Removal of Sutures | $50.00 | Removal of stitches or staples that were placed at another location. |
Payment Terms
Full payment is required at the time of service for all self-pay patients. We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and certain digital payment methods.
For patients needing assistance with payment, we offer flexible payment plans. Please speak with our office staff for more details.
We are happy to provide documentation for reimbursement should you decide to submit to your insurance provider. However, we cannot guarantee reimbursement.
